Take a 30 min drive to the top of Hatcher’s Pass and visit the Independence Mine and take a scenic drive over to Willow. Take a 1 hr drive to Talkeetna. Or go the opposite direction 1.5 hrs to Matanuska Glacier and take a guided tour out on the glacier! NO SMOKERS please as we live here as well and don’t enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke around our home. Thank you.

This is approximately 650sf apartment with a private entrance. It includes a kitchen and full bath. There is a fire pit on the property and a outside picnic area under covered porch. There is plenty of parking for a motorhome or all your toys{atv's,boats,snowmachines and trailers}. We also offer a large fenced dog yard if needed. Our home is nestled in the Mat-su valley surrounded by beautiful mountains and within walking distance to a small mountain the locals call the Butte.

There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, as well as a wood burning cedar sauna. Though we ask that you request/message before using it. Want pets? Stunning mountain views at no extra charge. Ample parking and private entrance. Centrally located for points east, west, north or south. This unit is 280 sq. ft.
