Due posti macchina nella resede interna in cover car e una moderna colonnina di ricarica per veicoli elettrici.

Podere Cerretino è il luogo perfetto dove ritrovare e scoprire la propria tranquillità e relax. Un angolo di paradiso circondato dalle suggestive colline della toscana in un contesto paesaggistico da incanto, situato in una posizione centrale e strategica per visitare i luoghi di maggiore interesse della Toscana, come Firenze, Siena, Arezzo. La Villa è composta da 4 appartamenti completamente indipendenti ed un elegante veranda panoramica dove potersi riunire e concedersi una vacanza unica.

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The structure has been completely renovated, dominates the Chianti valleys and enjoys a splendid view of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence just 35 minutes by car The apartment is on the first floor of the main farmhouse, with independent access and garden with trees. The rustic furnishings in the classic Tuscan style, with wooden beam ceilings and terracotta floors give a characteristic touch to the environment.

Casa Berto farmhouse has an independent entrance, a living with old fireplace, a large kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with 3 single beds) and a bathroom (tub-shower), garden-table and seats to enjoy the landscape of Tuscany. The house is a part of Fattoria di Marena estate, that offers self-catering holidays for a max of 10 families. Landlords live in the main house. Guest can use farm pool, (8 x 15 m, with solarium, deck chairs, sun-umbrellas) and visit the farm.
