Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito.

Ospita comodamente 2 o 4 persone: 2 in un letto matrimoniale, e altre 2 in letto singolo allungabile in comodo matrimoniale. adatta alle famiglie. su richiesta culla da viaggio per i più piccoli. Super accessoriata. NO animali da compagnia. NO smoking.

Appartement en duplex en plein cœur de la vieille ville de Cagliari, dans le quartier de stampace. Petite rue calme et colorée à proximité de la zone commerçante et du port. Logement entièrement neuf, rénové par une agence d’architecture parisienne. Grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine ouverte, très lumineux et vue sur la vieille ville. A l étage, une chambre sous le toit avec velux électrique et une verrière de type atelier, et salle de bain. Les parties communes seront prochainement rénovées.

A pochi passi dal porto, dalla stazione dei treni per raggiungere l'aeroporto e dei bus per arrivare in pochi minuti alle bellissime spiagge. I quattro quartieri storici, i musei e tutte le attrazioni di questa magica città sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

Piccolo attico sul mare di Cagliari, confortevole, con una terrazza su tre lati da cui vedi il mare, la laguna dei fenicotteri rosa, il profilo della Sella del Diavolo, l'alba e il tramonto.
