Ca' Luciano si trova al primo piano di una bellissima palazzina Liberty dei primi del 900 ed è composta da salotto, cucina, due ampie camere matrimoniali e un bagno con lavanderia. Centralissima, si trova a 5 minuti dall’imbarcadero per Venezia centro storico, 5 minuti dalla bellissima spiaggia che vanta il "bollino blu" ormai da parecchi anni, 15 minuti dal sito di svolgimento della famosa Mostra del Cinema di Venezia e a 2 minuti da ristoranti, bar e servizi di tutti i tipi.

Ca' Felice Lido - a magnificent 2-in-1 holiday

In passato la mia casa ha accolto attori ma sopratutto pittori. Potrete godere dei dipinti, e delle icone lasciate dagli amici su tutte le pareti di casa, tutto originale. Sono contenta di condividere questa arte con i miei ospiti. Dedicate qualche minuto ai quadri, alle opere e ai mobili, tutta la casa ha pezzi di novecento italiano. Una casa grande, perfetta per ospitare famiglie numerose o gruppi. No entrance ticket to Venice required!

My apartment overlooks the sea, you'll enjoy a stunning view. From the large terrace, beyond the private pine forest, there is the beach and the sea. It is located at the 5th floor of a building with lift. It is very bright and all bedrooms and the living room overlook the sea. During the night you’ll be lulled by the sound of waves on the shore. It 'absolutely perfect for a romantic couple as it is ideal for a family with children.

Bright, luminous apartment in an amazing location, 10 minutes walk from San Marco square and 5 minutes from the main Biennale areas, Arsenale and Giardini. The views from all the windows on Bacino di San Marco are absolutely stunning. Lively via Garibaldi is locaated closeby and offers a lot of nice typical bars, a couple of excellent restaurants, a supermarket, some groceries and all the shops you could need...
