The highlight is a stunning rooftop terrace (altana) overlooking the Grand Canal, ideal for breakfast, sunset aperitifs and memorable moments above the city, surrounded by historic rooftops, in a quiet yet central location.

Spacious and bright apt. in the center of Venice

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

Attico di Charme con Terrazza vicino a San Marco

Appartamento di charme (160mq) con una bella terrazza, a 5 minuti da piazza San Marco. Vista straordinaria sulla chiesa di Santa Maria del Giglio. Ristrutturato completamente ed arredato con pezzi antichi . Si trova al 4° piano di un palazzetto del XIV secolo, con accesso diretto a un piccolo canale. Si può arrivare in taxi nautico direttamente a casa . Come tipico a Venezia, non ha l'ascensore ma ci occupiamo noi dei vostri bagagli al check in e al check out, non dovrete muovere niente !
