Cà del Bif

Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

GIO' - L'attico fronte lago

Questo attico ha una fantastica vista in quanto le finestre si affacciano sul lago, proprio di fronte a Villa Pliniana. L appartamento fa parte di una antica villa di fine 800, ristrutturata. Ideale per rilassarsi, ascoltando il suono delle onde del lago, che lambiscono l'abitazione. Si trova nel centro del tipico paese di Carate Urio, di fronte alla caffetteria, alla farmacia, a due negozi di alimentari ed alla fermata dei bus C10 e C20. il parcheggio pubblico è davanti all'entrata della casa

La Darsena di Villa Sardagna

La Darsena di Villa Sardagna, dal 1720 pertinenza dell'omonima villa nobiliare in Blevio, è un open-space unico nel suo genere, realizzato in pietra antica, legno bianco e vetro. Si affaccia su uno splendido panorama caratterizzato dalle storiche ville lariane, tra cui il Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. Su prenotazione dispone di servizio di prima colazione, pranzo e cena, oltre a boat-renting e taxi boat limousine.

The village of Azzano is about 500m away, while Tremezzo is about 900.The apartment has double exposure with lake views and mountain. In front of the entrance there is a small lawn (not the apartment’s) where you can stop to unload your luggage, there is a large parking lot in Viano about 300m away

Vivi l'esperienza della liberta in questo piccolo scrigno in stile marinaro. Dotato di un comodo letto matrimoniale, una zona lavabo attezzata con microonde, bollitore e frigorifero e una piastra elettrica. Un ampio divanetto trasformabile. In questa stanza a pochi metri dal lago puoi godere di una spettacolare vista dal balcone, ampio e vivibile. Smart tv La colazione a buffet è un nostro omaggio (no prodotti cotti). Sarà fornita al ristorante, solo in caso di altri ospiti.
