You will fall in love with the magnificent view of lake and mountains from its terrace, its living room or from both bedrooms. Villa Clara allows you to reach the lakeside promenade via a private access which will bring you to the Piazza Grande of Locarno in less than 10 minutes by walk.

Si trova a Gordola in collina ed è consigliato raggiungerlo con un’automobile. La posizione è ottimale per rilassarsi, ma anche per raggiungere il lago (10 minuti in auto), il fiume in Valle Verzasca (10 minuti in auto) o Locarno (10 minuti di auto). Inoltre, a piedi si può partire per degli interessanti percorsi di montagna.

The apartment accommodates 3 people, and an additional bed can be added if needed. Unsere Atelierwohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Tenero im Erdgeschoss eines neu erbauten Hauses. Ruhige Lage, da keine Durchgangsstrasse in der Nähe ist. Eine gedeckteTerasse und eine Liegewiese gehören dazu. Der grosse Garten mit Feuerstelle kann mitbenutzt werden. Es ist alles komplett barrierefrei. ID 860

The apartment is located 50 steps from the world famous Piazza Grande in the historic centre of Locarno. Everything is close by, however, due to its location, the studio is very quiet.
