Rilassati in questo grazioso appartamento situato in una zona residenziale e tranquilla di Minusio. L’alloggio si trova a circa 150 metri di distanza dal lago. Con una breve passeggiata lungo la famosa stradina rossa di “Via alla Riva” potete raggiungere Muralto, Locarno, Tenero. A pochi passi vi è la presenza di supermercati come Coop e Migros. Zona blu (parcheggi pubblici) per quanto concerne i parcheggi, presente in zona ed a pagamento. Stazione del treno di Minusio a 300 metri dall’alloggio.

Si trova in una posizione strategica: dalle finestre possiamo ammirare lo spettacolare borgo di Bellagio. Consiglio un auto per spostarsi in autonomia.

Die Wohnung ist umgeben von viel Grün und befindet sich in einer sonnigen Wohngegend mit schönem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Im Winter hat man sogar Sicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Brione sopra Minusio liegt ca. 250m über dem See zwischen Tenero und Locarno. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus.
