Ca'Delle Rondini - Vineyard Estate with Panorama

Ca'Delle Rondini is a beautifully restored Piedmontese farmhouse at 550 metres above sea level, surrounded by vineyards and woodland. The view is one of its defining features — an uninterrupted panorama across the Langhe hills towards the Alps, with Monte Viso visible on clear days. A traditional Langa hay barn, Il Fienile di Casa Surie has been beautifully restored as a unique, fully-equipped holiday home. Ideal for a couple or small family, the house is nestled at the top of the Valle Belbo, a pristine valley in the Alta Langa region of Southern Piemonte. The property offers peace and tranquillity with proximity to the best of the region: Barolo, the Mediterranean, Turin, and the Alpi Maritimi are all easily reached in an hour or less.

The flat is on the first floor, with lift and has access to a shared green area with panoramic views, tables, and chairs.

Charming Holiday Home with private spa located in Laghe and Roero, an oasis of real relaxation where you will therefore be the only guests. The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, with independent entrance and garden. We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.

Bigat is located in the centre of Castiglione Falletto, village in the heart of the Barolo wine production area. The apartment "il baco" is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the small private garden. On the first floor the bedroom with balcony and view of the Langhe hills. 2 E-bikes are available for our guests to discover the Langhe!
