In 2023 my son Guglielmo and I decided to restore the old oratory of a church from the 1600s by creating a two floor apartment: upstairs we have 2 bedrooms equipped with AC and 2 en-suite bathrooms with shower; downstairs a spacious living room with stereo Available a table outside with great view and a nice garden 50 mt away where to have a private wine tasting for all the guests of our 4 apartments We can organize barbecue with paired wines after 7 pm. La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

Appartamento composto da 1 camera matrimoniale , cucina attrezzata, ampio soggiorno e bagno Tv, BBq, ( mettiamo a disposizione la lavatrice dalle 9 alle 20 che è nella nostra lavanderia a chi ne fa richiesta ) . Terra delle Sidhe is a small organic farm located in southern Tuscany overlooking a beautiful valley located on the slopes of Monte Amiata, between the medieval towns of Castel del Piano and Seggiano. A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. This charming cozy house it has now been lovingly renovated with taste and simplicity.

Splendida casa in pietra completamente e finemente ristrutturata, immersa nella natura, ideale per la privacy, vicina a luoghi di interesse quali Grosseto, Terme di Saturnia, Alberese, Parco dell'Uccellina, Marina di Grosseto ( la casa nei periodi freddi c'è la stufa a pellet che scalda le camere il pellet e un costo aggiuntivo da chiedere grazie) tassa di soggiorno da pagare direttamente in loco

Villa boutique immersa nel bosco all’interno del Parco dei Cimini alle pendici del Monte Cimino (800 m. s.l.m) L'immobile è grande circa 450mq ed è circondato da circa 1,5 ettari di giardino/pineta.
