IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence and Mugello is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

Il Cottage è parte di una proprietà della famiglia Bernocchi, già presente nelle mappe della zona del 1500 ed e' situata proprio su di una antica via Romana che attraversava i monti della Calvana. Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.

Casa Mario è un appartamento indipendente al piano terra sito nella migliore zona residenziale del comune di Montemurlo. L' appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort e servizi per brevi o lunghe permanenze  quali condizionatore, linea Wi-Fi, TV, lavatrice, stoviglie, pentole, ferro ed asse da stiro, phon, 1 set di lenzuola ed  set di asciugamani e coperte supplementari. L' auto potrete parcheggiarla davanti al cancello di casa o all' interno della corte privata dell' alloggio.

Antica chiesa sconsacrata risalente ai primi del 900, originariamente costruita come cappella privata di Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni ha una struttura a loft con due camere matrimoniali su due soppalchi distinti. All’esterno cucina con forno a legna, giardini privato con viale alberato ed oliveto. I cancelli e le scale interne furono costruiti dalla Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni è immerso nella campagna toscana a pochi minuti dalla città.

La casa è completramente arredata ed atrezzatta per accogliere fino a 4 persone. Firenze, Prato e Pistoia sono facilmente raggiungibili dalla stazione di Agliana (5 km) o da quella di Prato (9 km). L'uscita dell'autostrada più vicina è quella di Prato ovest, a soli 7,5 km. La nostra famiglia saprà accogliervi con gentilezza e premura.
