In winter, the view is tinged with white and in your warm house you will enjoy the falling snow, or dedicate to cross country skiing or alpine in the small facility located a two kilometers from home. Idéalement situé que ce soit en hiver pour les pistes de ski ou en été pour les randonneurs nous sommes à 12 mn de Saint Gervais les Bains, 20 mn de Combloux, 25 mn des Contamines Montjoie, Megève et Chamonix et 5 mn des Thermes de St Gervais Parfait pour être au calme tout en étant au centre des lieux touristiques et d'activités.

Belle terrasse sud ombragée l’après midi, vues vraiment magnifiques et dégagées vers le Mont- Blanc, les aiguilles de Chamonix, « au pied » du glacier des Bossons en face. En retrait de 20m de la route dans un quartier résidentiel. Transports à 2 pas. 2 places de stationnement devant la maison. Wifi. Pas de TV.

The apartment is bright and cosy. It has been renewed in January and the furniture is made with wood and it is well equipped. The sofa bed is normal size (160 cm x 190 cm) and comfortable. The kitchen is small but you will have a dishwasher and a microwave at your disposal. Wi fi is now available for the guests. Great news !!!!! A new Murphy bed is now available!!!
