Ess-und Küchenbereich sind der Mittelpunkt der Wohnung. Die Küche ist mit Kochfeld, Backofen und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet, elektrischer Wasserkocher und Toaster sind selbstverständlich. Es gibt ein Doppelbett und eine Schlafcouch. Die Wäsche-Erstausstattung mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern ist im Mietpreis enthalten. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche, WC.

Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. There is a big room with a fireplace, decorated with traditional furniture where you can enjoy your meals or spend cozy evenings, playing board games and drinking whine or Bavarian beer. In the kitchen next to the electric stove there is an old-fashioned kitchen oven where you can boil your tea water in a traditional way, but don`t worry, there is also an electric kettle. The house has a big garden with vegetables and fruit like strawberries, raspberries, apples and pears.

The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Wir vermieten in unserem Haus eine 1,5-Zimmer Einliegerwohnung mit separatem Eingang. Das Frühstück kann optional dazugebucht werden. Standardmäßig können 2 Personen im 180er-Doppelbett schlafen. Außerdem gibt es ein Extrabett direkt daneben. Weiterhin gibt es die Möglichkeit, eine Zusatzmatratze auszulegen. So können maximal 4 Personen hier Platz finden.
