House with Garden

Only for Non-Smoker! Check-In at the weekend or after consultation Check-Out at the weekend or after consultation ---------------------------- We rent a small room (10 m²) in a big, old house. You can use the lunch/dinner area, bathroom (shower), the kitchen and in the summertime the garden. Also you can use the fridge and the freezer. A continental breakfast is included. You have to prepare the breakfast for yourself. Until 7pm you can cook for yourself but you could eat for dinner with us – then we ask you for a contribution of 4€ per dinner. The extendabel bed has a lying surface of 1,35 x 2 m. In the guestroom there is no TV. Towel and hairdryer are also included. If you come by car there is a possibility for parking in front of the house. Per day it costs 4€. In the case you want to book the parking place, please let me know in the request. In the near of the house there is a park with a small river where you could walk and go out. By the public traffic you can reach the city in 30 to 40 min. There are good connections. In any case, first you have to take the bus to the next train (S-Bahn/city train or U-Bahn/Underground). In Munich there are a lot of possibilities to spend your free time with cinema, theatre, culture and so on. After your check-in you get a lot further information. Also you could make a lot of trips to the mountains or beautiful lakes by train. In the case you intend to stay longer than your reservation, it is only possible via airbnb!

Du wohnst in einem alten Herbergshaus in Haidhausen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es viele Bars, Cafés und schöne kleine Läden. Haus und Garten sind eine Oase der Ruhe. Trambahn, U- und S-Bahn sind keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt und zum Marienplatz läufst du gemütlich 15 Min. Das Zimmer befindet sich im zweiten Stock und hat ein eigenes WC und Waschbecken. Das Bad mit Wanne und Dusche teilen wir uns. Für Family&friends gibt es ein zweites Zimmer. BITTE DIE NACHBARN FREUNDLICH GRÜSSEN!

Vor den Toren Münchens

Das liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer befindet sich in einem charmanten Stadthaus aus der Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts vor den Toren Münchens. Restaurants und Geschäfte befinden sich in seiner unmittelbaren Nähe. Im Haus gibt es eine kleine Galerie, Foto-Studio, ein Musikzimmer mit Flügel sowie einen Balkon und Innenhof. Auf Wunsch bieten wir geführte MTB-Touren und Wanderungen in die Voralpen und Alpen an. Die S-Bahn nach München ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Very cosy, large and quiet room with a sunny balcony and walking distance to the S-Bahn, which goes directly to Oktoberfest (Hackerbrücke). Beautiful bathroom with bathtub/shower/sink, large mirror and toilet. In the morning, the landlady offers a small breakfast by arrangement: e.g. coffee/tea/orange juice and croissants with butter and jam... The room has a large balcony. where you can enjoy the sun. The S-Bahn runs every 10 or 20 minutes, depending on the time of day.

Neu nach Pause: Zimmer Maxvorstadt

Zimmer (ca. 22 qm) mit direktem Blick auf das Museumsviertel, neben den Universitäten (LMU / TU) teilweise mit Stilmöbeln ausgestattet. Bitte beachtet, dass sich das Zimmer im 5. OG ohne Lift befindet (67 Stufen, Altbau). Eine gute körperliche Konstitution kann somit von Vorteil sein. Für einen guten Start in den Tag bieten wir auch gerne ein kleines Frühstück an und es ergibt sich bei dieser Gelegenheit vielleicht ein zusätzlicher kommunikativer Kontakt.

Gästehaus Embacher Bad Feilnbach - Voralpen

Zwei geräumige Gästezimmer stehen zur Verfügung. Ein ordentliches Frühstück ist optional nach Anfrage möglich. Lage: Das Haus ist direkt an der bayerischen Voralpen im idyllischen Kurort Bad Feilnbach. Hier lässt sich gemütlich im Ort Kaffee trinken, in mehreren Gasthäusern speisen und direkt zu Fuß in die Bergwelt gehen.

Im schönen Stadtteil Obergiesing mit Straßenbahn-, Bus-, U-Bahn-Anschluss U2 direkt zum Hauptbahnhof 4 Stationen sowie Straßenbahn und Bus fast direkt vor dem Haus, bieten wir seit vielen Jahren eine Wohnmöglichkeit für unsere Gäste oder Besucher der Stadt im Gästezimmer.Die Messe ist direkt zu erreichen.
