Quite fascinating space, due to a tasteful refurbishing, where each detail has been carefully designed. It Is on the second floor, under the roof beams, of a small building situated right behind the main street “ Strada nuova” . Bright, confortable, cosy and quiet. Has windows on 2 sides and overlooks roofs, a canal and an open area. At 1 min walk there are 2 supermarkets, many food shops, restaurants, pizzerie, wine bars…you could not expect more. Two waterbus stops are at 2/5 min walk.

Das Viertel bietet unzählige hervorragende Restaurants, Bars und Cafés. Der nahe gelegene, große Park direkt am Meer lädt zum Spazierengehen oder Sporteln ein. In nur zwei Stationen könnt Ihr mit dem Vaporetto zum Strand des Lido fahren und nach nur einer Station erreicht Ihr den Markusplatz.

Flat located in a quiet area of Murano, the glassblowers' island, with private garden. Just 5 minutes from the vaporetto stops for Venice (railwaystation / Saint Mark's Square) and Marco Polo airport. Nearby, you will find the island's Glass Museum, the Basilica of SS Maria and San Donato, glass factories where you can see how glass artisans work and characteristic restaurants. The new flat, whose rennovation was completed in January 2022, features every comfort.

The apartment is located on the Giudecca island and belongs to the historical center of Venice . The most exciting thing when you arrive by boat is the wonderful view of the Giudecca Canal . A view that opens the heart and has captivated many artists who frequented the city .This part of Venice, perhaps one of the few that remained authentic, has been preserved from the arrival chaotic of the tourism with its own cultural and residential rooted tradition.

L'appartamento e' luminosissimo, interamente affacciato sul canale principale , in posizione privilegiata. Gli arredi sono tutti su misura, ogni dettaglio e' curato. Dal balcone in sala si gode di una vista magnifica, soprattutto al tramonto. La posizione e' strategica per spostarsi ovunque in laguna. A soli 30 metri la fermata del vaporetto di Navagero, da dove si possono comodamente raggiungere il centro storico di Venezia, il Lido e l'aeroporto.
