Gode di vista panoramica sulla catena del Lagorai e sulla pista da sci più lunga della Val di Fiemme. BOLZANO GREAT APARTMENT IN VILLA

In Bolzano-Gries, very large apartment in villa with garden (private access) There are two bedrooms, one double, one with a 2 single or 1 double bed 2 bathrooms (one with shower, bidet, sink and toilet), another with only a toilet. A large ans spacious livingroom with 50' led tv and an very confortable kitchen..... When used by two people only in winter season the second bedroom will be kept closed. In case of use (in winter with heating) the second room costs 7 euros more per night.

L'ampio giardino che scende dalla casa verso la collina offre la possibilità di piacevoli colazioni esterne anche in compagnia dei vostri amati bambini e anche amici pelosi che in questa casa sono sempre i benvenuti. Ein Haus mit einer langen, spannenden Geschichte, das wir behutsam und mit großem Respekt ins 21. Jahrhundert geholt haben. Das Haus steht für sich alleine in Mitten der Natur: direkt unterhalb des Ski- und Wandergebietes Meran 2000 und nur 10km zur Stadt Meran. 170 Quadratmeter bieten Platz für acht bis zu 12 Personen. Der Garten ist sanft abfallend, gleich hinter den drei Lärchen, ca. 100meter entfernt, liegt unser anderes Chalet, das Chalet Leckplått. Private Bergblick Sauna.

Das Ferienhaus Gann-Greit liegt auf 1300 m.ü.M in Villanders in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage abseits von Straßenlärm und Hektik.
