The house is on the corner of 28th and the main drag Balboa Blvd which is a short five-minute walk to the famous Newport Pier. This home is great for families. In the garage, there are bikes, boogie boards and everything you'd need for a great day at the beach! House includes a BBQ, internet, all the cooking utensils you would ever need. Also has a fully furnished large patio for a bbq dinner in paradise. Across the street is the Pavilions supermarket and minutes away from great restaurants and cafes. There is a new floor ac unit in the living room in case it gets too warm but temp rarely breaks 80 on Balboa.
