Kick back in the vibrant yellow mid-century armchair, then sip an aperitivo or two on the cozy enclosed terrace at sunset in winter the house is very welcoming because it is heated by a completely ecological bioethanol stove. It is possible to follow different paths that from Cadimare, Marola and other nearby places reach Campiglia, a village overlooking the sea. CODICE CITRA:01 1015-LT-0061 The post office is a small, completely renovated house, which was in the past the post office of the town of Cadimare. Despite being a structure of about 40 square meters it is divided into a large room divided into well-organized and intimate rooms where there is a comfortable double sofa bed. There is also a large loft with a double futon and a well-equipped walk-in closet. The entrance room leads to a spacious bathroom with a comfortable shower and to the kitchen, small but equipped with all comforts. Leaving the kitchen you enter a pretty brick garden, and through a staircase, to a large terrace that occupies the entire upper surface of the house itself; furnished with plants and flowers; under the umbrella or under the sail you can eat or simply sunbathe enjoying the spectacle of the town with its pine forest and the sea. La posta è una piccola casa totalmente ristrutturata , che era effettivamente in passato l'ufficio postale del paese di Cadimare. Pur essendo un ambiente di circa 40 mq è articolata in una grande stanza suddivisa in ambienti ben organizzati ed intimi dove è presente un comodo divano letto matrimoniale. C'è inoltre un grande soppalco abitabile con un futon matrimoniale ed una cabina armadio ben attrezzata. Dalla stanza di ingresso si accede ad uno spazioso bagno con una confortevole doccia ed alla cucina, piccola ma dotata di tutti i comfort. Uscendo dalla cucina si entra in un grazioso giardino mattonato,  e tramite una scala, ad un'ampia terrazza che occupa tutta la superficie superiore della casa stessa; arredata con piante e fiori ; sotto l'ombrellone o sotto la vela si può mangiare o semplicemente prendere il sole godendo dello spettacolo del paese con la sua pineta e del mare. It is possible to easily reach La Spezia and the opposite part of the gulf with its beautiful villages San Terenzo, Lerici, Tellaro ... or head towards La Lunigiana... In ancient times it was separated from Marola by a strip of land, on which was the Tower of San Gerolamo. In the sea in front of the village sprang a vast pool of drinking water of about six meters in diameter, then obstructed due to the military works that interested the area. Via della Marina is the main street of the village, crossed by the typical alleyways with houses leaning against each other and the church of Nostra Signora del Pianto, originally an 18th-century oratory. The town of Cadimare is a typical village with a marina. from which in the months of June, July and August, there are ferrys to Fezzano, Le Grazie, Portovenere and the Isola della Palmaria. In a short time and by sea it is possible to admire and swim in some of the most beautiful places in the Gulf. In Cadimare you can also taste the typical dishes in the various excellent restaurants of the place. Cadimare è la frazione più occidentale del Golfo dei Poeti in territorio spezzino, sulla strada napoleonica che porta a Portovenere. Anticamente era separata da Marola da una striscia di terra, sulla quale si trovava la Torre di San Gerolamo. Nel mare davanti alla borgata zampillava una vasta polla d’acqua potabile di circa sei metri di diametro, poi ostruita a causa dei lavori militari che interessarono la zona. Via della Marina è la via principale del borgo, attraversato dai tipici carruggi con le case addossate le une alle altre e la chiesa di Nostra Signora del Pianto, in origine un oratorio del XVIII secolo.Il paese di Cadimare è un tipico borgo con porticciolo turistico dal quale nei mesi di giugno luglio ed agosto partono vaporetti per Fezzano, Le Grazie,Portovenere e l'Isola della Palmaria. In poco tempo e via mare è possibile ammirare e nuotare in alcuni tra i luoghi più belli del Golfo. A Cadimare si possono inoltre gustare i piatti tipici nei diversi ottimi ristoranti del luogo. E' possibile percorrere diversi sentieri che da Cadimare, Marola ed altri luoghi vicini arrivano a Campiglia, piccolo borgo posto a strapiombo sul mare.Passando per luoghi boscosi e nella tipica macchia mediterranea ad una certa altitudine ma accompagnati  sempre dalla splendida visione marina, si può raggiungere Portovenere e Le Cinque Terre. Si può percorrere facendo il giro o passando da una riva a quella opposta l'interessante e bellissima isola della Palmaria.

It can be reached by public transport: buses C30 C31 C32 departing approximately every hour from the Como San Giovanni railway station, Como Lago Ferrovie Nord or from Piazza Matteotti towards Como-Bellagio, take about 8 minutes to reach the Blevio stop - Decorations Savio, about 100 m away from the house. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. I ALLOW ME TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SMALLEST AND CHEAPEST CAR, TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY, AS IN OUR AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXIS ARE NOT COFORTABLE Villa Pasta The villa was built in the early XIX cen- tury and was bought in 1830 by the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta hosting space for its several guests. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

L'alloggio e' raggiungibile dall'aereoporto internazionale di Orio al Serio (BG) e dista solo 45 km uscita dall'autostrada Palazzolo, Rovato o Brescia. Con il treno da Brescia per Sulzano con ferrovie Nord, lo stesso con i pullman con i traghetti, da Iseo o Sulzano Tutto l'appartamento è a vostra disposizione. io abito a pochi metri di distanza dall'alloggio e anche telefonicamente posso aiutarvi e consigliarvi nelle vostre necessità. L'alloggio è situato al centro del piccolo borgo di Peschiera Maraglio, a 50 metri dall'imbarcadero per fare il tour del lago. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti tutti i servizi, e a 300 metri si trovano la spiaggia pubblica e una fermata dell'autobus. L'isola (la più grande dei laghi europei) eletta tra i borghi piu’ belli d’Italia è collocata al centro del lago d'Iseo circondato da incantevoli montagne che si riflettono nello specchio d'acqua. Sulla cima è collocato il Santuario della Madonna della Ceriola da cui è possibile apprezzare la bellezza del paesaggio;nelle vicinanze il Castello Oldofredi risalente al '500 ed è possibile organizzare con traghetti privati il giro dell'isola e delle isolette di S. Paolo e Loreto. Particolarmente consigliate sono le passeggiate nei numerosi sentieri presenti sul territorio da fare sia a piedi che in bicicletta (con possibilità di noleggio direttamente sul posto). Si possono facilmente raggiungere :la Franciacorta con le sue cantine e le degustazione dei pregiati vini, i siti archeologici della preistoria nella Valle Camonica, il parco naturale delle Torbiere del Sebino, le piste sciistiche del Tonale e di Monte Campione. Gli animali non sono ammessi, potrei fare un'eccezione per animali di piccola taglia dopo accordi tra le parti.
