Akademis "Lipa" je novouređeni objekt na atraktivnoj lokaciji grada Pule. Nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini plaža, popularnog šetališta Lungomare, gradskih bazena, shopping centra i povijesnih atrakcija grada Pule. Može se pohvaliti moderno opremljenim sobama s privatnim kupaonicama unutar ili izvan sobe. Gostima je na raspolaganju privatno parkiralište dostupno u sklopu objekta, kao i besplatan WiFi. Omogućen je samostalni ulazak u objekt putem sigurnosnih pretinaca za ključeve.

La struttura è di recente ristrutturazione con finiture di pregio in legno. Ogni camera è dotata di letti singoli (2 per le doppie e 4 per le quadruple), di bagno con doccia privato, biancheria (lenzuola, coperte, asciugamani). Le due camere quadruple godono di ampia terrazza coperta con tavolo e sedie. E presente sistema wifi e dotazione di sicurezza (cassetta primo soccorso, estintori). Per i bikers è possibile posteggiare in luogo chiuso e coperto la bicicletta.

Featuring 18 rooms with a total of 144 beds, 13 rooms are mixed, 4 are designated for female guests, and 1 for male guests. Each room is equipped with 4 bunk beds, accommodating up to 8 individuals.
