It boasts a leafy private garden at the back. We can have 2 extra guests (total 8). Please ask us directly It is very easy to reach our house, 5 minute walk from the train station and 10 from the bus and car parking in Piazzale Roma. It is 3 minute walk from Riva di Biasio and 5 from S. Tomà waterbus stops.

There is an enormous, private terrace that receives sun all day long. The house sleeps up to 5 people. The area is just off the beaten tourist track and is populated by Venetian locals . We are surrounded, however, by historical churches which contain some of the finest works of art in Venice.

At the time of check in we will request a photo ID or passport to check in and also will collect €4 “tassa di soggiorno Venezia Italia”(tourist city taxes) per person per night. Exception person 10-15yo will be charged €2 and children under 10yo are exempt. However the fee is discontinued after 5 consecutive days of stay.
