Entspann dich in dieser heimeligen Unterkunft, oberhalb von Brigels. Das Studio liegt im Erdgeschoss von einem Einfamilienhaus und ist ein Neubau. Es ist sehr gemütlich und hell und hat alles was man braucht. Gut ausgerüstete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Abwaschmaschine und Induktionsherd. Es ist geeignet für 2 Personen. Die Bushaltestelle ist im Winter 1 Gehminute vom Haus entfernt im Sommer ca 8 Minuten. Im Sommer ist die Gästekarte mit vielen Vergünstigungen inklusive

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Man hat eine gigantische Aussicht in die Ruinaulta, den Flimserstein, Calanda und viele verschiedene Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Ganz speziell im Chalet Balu ist die Wohlfühloase mit Sauna. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
