NO PARTIES! Factory Descals is a historic building built in 1917 and classified as an asset of interest. The building is the work of the reknown modernist architect Joan Roca i Pinet. The ground floor has been renovated to turn it into a room that combines the charm and atmosphere of the original building, with all the modern comfort and design. Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.
