A luxury apartment that blends traditional elements with all the modern comforts and some contemporary wall art. The apartment is centrally located in the upper part of town, only around the corner from the main square, in the limited traffic area. You can drive close by to download the luggage. The closest free car park is located at less than 10 minutes walk. Please note that to reach the house you need to walk a fairly steep street: it may not be ideal for those with mobility problems.

Il Sapore della Tranquillità è garantito da un parco di 5000 mq che offre prati ed alberi ombrosi adatti alla lettura o al semplice riposo. L'ideale per un soggiorno dal sapore "antico", unito a tutti i comfort moderni.

L'appartamento si trova a piano terra, nel centro storico di Massa Marittima, ad appena 100 metri dalla piazza del Duomo. E' facilmente raggiungibile da tutti i parcheggi del centro storico ed a pochi passi si possono trovare: bar, ristoranti, banche, alimentari una pasticceria ed una farmacia. L'abitazione di recente ristrutturazione di 68m, ha una entrata indipendente ed è composta: da una cucina con angolo cottura, una camera matrimoniale, un soggiorno con divano letto ed un bagno.

We love our home because it's light, cosy, breezy, relaxing. All newly renovated :) Literally 10 paces from the beach, there is a road so expect some road noise! Parking available outside our gate. Private outdoor space to celebrate together with seating for 10 around marble table, grill, hammock and extra large outdoor sofa.

I offer space with independ entrance on the first floor of the villa, only 150m from the first shops or caffe in a very quiet street, with: kitchenette, bathroom with small bathtub, huge fireplace. 12km from the thermal hot springs of Saturnia, 25km from the sea, 50km from Mount Amiata. Under request i can organise transfer and local guide. In the upper floor of the house I'm living with my family. We speak English, French, Italian, Russian. max capacity 4 people + 1 pet

Podere Pereti Nuovi-modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.

Cozy Artist Retreat in the heart of Sorano

The house, on two levels, consists of a large living room with an adjoining kitchen and a bathroom dug into the tufo rock, while the bedroom and a living room are located on the level above. The house enjoys an extraordinary panoramic view of the valley and a reading nook with fireplace to stay cosy at night. The real gem of the house is the large terrace overlooking the 13th century church: a real rarity in the village of Sorano!

The colors are warm and enveloping to better rest during your holiday of peace and relaxation. In addition to the two double bedrooms, you have a kitchen with an equipped kitchenette, fridge, induction cooker and a furnished terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.

A lovely cottage in the old farmhouse "Podere Maltaia" that overlooks the Unesco's Heritage protected area Orcia Valley, surrounded by large farmyards and 3 hectares of private land that includes an outdoor swimming pool (opened seasonally, based on outside temperature - please ask to know the dates for the upcoming or ongoing summer season), garden, outdoor dining area, BBQ and parking area (not-covered, free of charge).
