Private ground floor, two double rooms, big kitchen fully equipped, bath, private garden, parking. Families with children very welcome. We are 200m near the lake and 300m to downtown with shops supermaket restaurants pizzerias, etc. My wife and I we live upstairs at first floor and will take care of all your needs and help you organizing your stay and visits of nice places around the lake and the region. La casa è stata ristrutturata con amore per i dettagli, gli ambienti risultano caldi ed accoglienti. Arrivando nel vostro giardino privato rimarrete senza parole dalla vista mozzafiato che domina il panorama. Cademario è il posto ideale per rilassarvi immersi nella natura, da qui si possono raggiungere diversi sentieri per escursionisti e mountain bikers. Dall' 01.10 all'01.06 nel soggiorno é compreso l'utilizzo dell'Hot Pot per immergervi nell'acqua calda davanti ad una vista meravigliosa.

The guesthouse is situated up upon a hill inside a 8,000 m2 private park full of Azaleas, Rhododendrons, and huge Chestnut Trees an easy 15 min. drive from either Arona or Stresa. Lakeside beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities are within the close vicinity by car. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und Du erreichst es in ca. 7 Gehmin. bergauf vom privaten Parkplatz oder zu Fuss vom öffentlichen Parkplatz in Canedo aus in ca. 15 Min. auf einem ebenen Weg. Es gibt keine direkte Autozufahrt.

You can appreciate the calm of the place, immerse yourself in nature, practice sports and enjoy moments of rural life just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore and 40 minutes from Milan. It will be possible to benefit from the Cascina products such as berries, jams, juices, saffron, honey and vegetables.

Questa zona è strategica perchè vicina all'autostrada e comoda per raggiungere lago Maggiore, lago d'Orta e Ossola

La casa è immersa nella natura, raggiungibile solo a piedi a 300 metri dal parcheggio, ma molto vicina al lago e al borgo che offre arte e cultura, splendide viste panoramiche, ristoranti e spiaggia. Ti piacerà per la tranquillità e la vastità degli spazi, i panorami verso il lago e le montagne, l'intimità, il soffitto a vista, la comodità, l'ampio prato intorno. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e famiglie con bambini.
