Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Our house is located in the heart of the historic town of Orvieto, at just 5 minutes from the Duomo. A large living area with a fully equipped kitchen is on first floor, on the second floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small balcony. A huge flowered terrace on Orvieto rooftops will make your stay a memorable one! The terrace is fully furnished and lit: the place where relax and sunbathe during the day or enjoy intimacy at night! Private parking is available at no extra cost.

Una terrazza solarium, piscina attrezzata in comune. Un piccolo orto da cui prelevare le verdure. L’intera proprietà è alimentata da un impianto fotovoltaico.

La casa dispone di una camera matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli, due bagni (uno con doccia e uno con vasca), soggiorno, cucina, grottino, una grande terrazza con vista sul fiume Tevere e sulle colline per relax all'aperto. Per i ciclisti si garantisce la sistemazione in sicurezza delle bici. Uso gratuito della lavatrice. Come animali domestici accettiamo i cani.
