Appena ristrutturato, si sviluppa al secondo piano di un vecchio monastero servito da ascensore. Il monolocale pur essendo di dimensioni modeste comprende una cucina completa, un ampio tavolo da pranzo, un letto ad una piazza e 1/2 (120cm di larghezza e comodo anche per due persone) e un bagno veramente lussuoso.
