This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. 乡村小屋Melita

The guests who are coming only for a night need to rent a car. Coming without a car for one day doesn't make any sense! Our little house is an old traditional house isolated but only 150 m away from the center of the place. There are no next door neighbors you can use the space around for chilling out,having your meal...If you're nature lover and like walking and climbing the hills this is the best place for you. There are sunbeds on the terrace so you can also sunbath. There's no public transport on the island, so if you want to see the whole island please rent a car or scooter which you can do at the harbor!

It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.

Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
