Splend'Or - A Real Paradise

If you want to enjoy the Lake Como from the top, while sipping a glass of good wine and taking a relaxing bath in the brand new Jacuzzi, this is the place for you! The recently renovated second floor apartment is situated in one of the most picturesque settings of the Lake Como, almost 350m above Varenna (20 min drive), and it can host up to 3 guests. The first floor belongs to a family who lives there all year round, but just the entrance is shared. Free wifi installed in all of the property.

I suggestivi riflessi creati dalle montagne rispecchiate sull'acqua vi incanteranno dalle prime ore del mattino fino al tramonto. Durante la sera, quando scende il buio, le montagne si riempiranno di tante luci delle abitazioni dirimpetto che creeranno un'atmosfera romantica e rilassante per una vacanza indimenticabile.

IL BORGO - Como Lake

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.
