Enchanting Oliver's Apartment

Delight in the old-world charm of this apartment featuring traditional furnishings and vintage decor under a white coffered ceiling. Fix breakfast in a warm kitchen with terra-cotta tile floors and dine at a cozy table while planning an exciting day. Furnished with great care and style in the colors of taupe, light gray and white with some details in gold and black. 55-inchTV with Netflix available to our guests, fast WIFI via fiber, heating and air conditioning. The apartment is located in a strategic position, Via Maggio n.1: in the heart of the city, between Borgo San Frediano (considered by Lonely Planet one of the coolest neighborhoods in the world) and the extraordinary monuments and masterpieces of Florence such as the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Museum, Il Duomo and the elegant Via Tornabuoni with its super-chic shops. The possibility of self-check in will soon be available, especially for those who have to arrive after 7 pm. the entire apartment. We will be at your disposal to give you all informations to spend an authentic vacation in Florence! The apartment is located in the heart of Florence’s historic center, a stone's throw from the famous Ponte Vecchio and its famed jewelry shops. Take a stroll to the Santo Spirito district to discover its lively cafes and vibrant Tuscan restaurants. From the train station Santa Maria Novella you can take the taxi (just 5 minutes) or the bus number 6 and get off in Lungarno Guicciardini ( the bus stop is called "Pescaia di santa Rosa") and from there 2 minutes by walk. If you have the car you can park at the Garage Lungarno in Borgo San Iacopo 10 (+39.055.282542 - two minutes by walk from our apartment) If you book it you will avoid the fine as it is in ZTL area. From the Airport of Florence "Amerigo Vespucci" you can take the taxi (around 20 minutes) or take the special bus to reach the central train station; check the website for timetable: www.areoporto.firenze.it on item Transports. The apartment is located in ancient building at the first floor (20 confort steps to make) no elevator. The apartement can accomodate up to 3 adults (King size bed 1,80 m x 2 m, 1 confort sofa bed 1,20 m x 1,90 ) both with lattex hypoallergenic mattresses). It will be possible also to 2 adults with 2 teenagers. Our staff will attend the check-in from 04.00 until 07.00 but if you need a different time please feel to ask and we can find a suitable solution for you . Self check-in will be also available asap. The air conditioning will be at your disposal from middle of April (work in progress)

Museum Suite - Luxurious unit with a City View -

Just off the living room you will find the fully equipped professional kitchen. A spectacular stone mantle serves as the hood for the stove and makes an elegant statement in this lovely cooking area. The main bedroom is completely spacious and well lit, the second bedroom is smaller and doesn't have the river view but is indeed very cozy. Both have queen beds and full marble ensuite bathrooms. The combination of antiques furnishings with modern design elements is truly a step into Italian Luxury. This fantastic apartment offers you the chance to immerse yourself into the heart of ancient Florence. The prime location is a perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s most notable landmarks. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

Bellissimo e ampio appartamento (130mq) situato nella splendida Piazza di Santo Stefano con vista Ponte Vecchio. La casa si trova al terzo piano ed è provvista di ascensore. Sono presenti tre camere da letto (due matrimoniali e una con due letti singoli), due bagni con finestra, un' ampia cucina con sala da pranzo ed un soggiorno a parte. e due balconi. Essenziali per il bagno, per la cucina, lenzuola, asciugamani, bollitore, microonde, tostapane, wifi, smart TV, lavatrice, asciugatrice, a/c.

Casa Gori - Palazzo Vecchio - p.Za della Signoria

L'appartamento, di recente ristrutturazione, offre due camere da letto, un bagno, con doccia idromassaggio, lavabo, wc e bidet, una cucina, un salotto con tv ed una sala da pranzo, nonché un terrazzino con vista su Palazzo Vecchio in Piazza della Signoria, da cui dista meno di un minuto. Wifi gratuito in tutte le stanze. L'appartamento è al piano terzo (senza ascensore) in palazzo del XIV secolo. I pavimenti di ogni stanza sono risalenti a fine '800, decorati con le caratteristiche graniglie.

Il Rinascimento A Firenze - Stazione

L'appartamento fu eretto nel Rinascimento ( intorno al 1550 ) e si trova in centro a Firenze, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni principale SANTA MARIA NOVELLA. L'abitazione è dotata di tantissime comodità , dall'aria condizionata centralizzata a molti altri servizi per un soggiorno in completo relax . Tutte le attrazioni tra cui il Duomo e Piazza Signoria sono molto vicine. Nella stessa strada della casa ci sono tre ottimi RISTORANTI che consiglio vivamente di provare .

A meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione di Santa Maria Novella, l'appartamento si trova in via Tornabuoni, al secondo piano dello storico Palazzo Viviani della Robbia, che fu commissionato da Cosimo III de' Medici e realizzato fra il 1645 e il 1695. Le finestre dell'appartamento regalano la vista del bellissimo Palazzo Strozzi e si affacciano sul crocevia fra via Tornabuoni e via Strozzi, le strade dell'alta moda e dell'eleganza a Firenze.
