Elegante villa situata nel cuore della Toscana. Ideale per coppie e per famiglie. E' dotata di piscina ad uso esclusivo, terrazza panoramica e giardino con vista mozzafiato sulla valle del Casentino e sullo storico Castello di Poppi. Il comfort climatico all'interno della Villa è garantito da un moderno impianto radiante a soffitto che garantisce il raffrescamento e il riscaldamento. Due posti macchina nella resede interna in cover car e una moderna colonnina di ricarica per veicoli elettrici.

Casa Nova is a large Tuscan country estate on top of a hill dominating the beautifull Casentino Valley, 40 km south of Florence. The property is ideal for holidays with friends and family. But also for an individually designed wedding or a birthday party in a very special atmosphere. You can do any kind of workshops, Yoga, theatre or dance classes. We have a very large covered teracce for these events. Cost for an event can be found below in the “ Other things to note ” section.

Alloro, grazioso monolocale a Val di Nima, Arezzo

A 12 km da Arezzo, delizioso monolocale arredato con cura al piano terra di un casale in pietra tipico toscano di inizio novecento. Circondato dal bosco e con vista su un borgo, il casale si trova in posizione collinare all'interno di un'ampia proprietà di 5 ettari. Attraverso un sentiero immerso nel bosco con una piacevole passeggiata si può raggiungere il torrente che scorre nella valle. Fino a fine luglio circa (a seconda degli anni) si può fare un bagno in una piccola pozza naturale.

Two squares usable for your relaxing and fun, with a jacuzzi from admire the view, and space for eat outside. WI-FI free. The interior is distributed over two floors: on the first large living room with fireplace, SmartTV, eat area, kitchen and room with pizza oven (there are 2 sofa/bed). On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and 1 with a bunk bed and 1 bathroom.
