Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

Nelle immediate vicinanze supermercati, ristoranti, banca, lavanderia e negozi di vario genere.

L'ingresso da accesso alla zona soggiorno/cucina a vista con divano letto. Camera con terrazzino attrezzata con letto matrimoniale e letto a castello a scomparsa.

Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.
