Sesmarias Mel is a traditional “Alentejana” style home located amongst the gorgeous rolling hills of the Alentejo region. The 90 ha property is situated just outside the quaint village of Cercal do Alentejo and is surrounded by the meadows and ancient cork-oak trees that are iconic to this part of Portugal. The tracks that pass the property and lead into the scenic surroundings provide ample opportunities for hiking/biking, and the beautiful beaches of the Alentejan Coast are a short drive away.

A Casita da Piscina é um refúgio rústico, numa zona sossegada, próxima da paisagem maravilhosa da Costa Vicentina recheada com praias lindas. A Casita tem um quarto pequeno com WC e duche e uma sala com um sofá com kitchenette totalmente equipada. No exterior existe uma área privada com barbecue e uma piscina(partilhada). Our home is an agricultural cottage renovated into an open plan loft with 3 bedrooms (2 in mezzanine open style/no privacy/no tall people) located in the traditional Alentejo hills and 30min drive from beaches and surf schools of the Vicentina Coast. The village of Cercal is 10 min drive away. We both grew up in the area since babies and therefore we love coming here throughout the year. Having this 'monte' is a refuge for us which we enjoy to connect with nature and the sea.

Unique beachfront property with heated swimming pool all year round. Fantastic beach location with gorgeous views of the beach and Luz village. All bedrooms have en suite showers and sea views. Villa with all the modern amenities such as electric shutters, air conditioning/heating units in all main rooms and a fireplace in the lounge. The Villa offers a separate kitchen and BBQ area as well as different garden areas to sunbathe in its beautiful well kept gardens.

T1 com espaço privativo de jardim e piscina aquecida, a poucos minutos da Praia da Samouqueira e da Vila de Porto Covo. Na Cabana foi colocada uma banheira no quarto, junto à ampla janela, de modo a possibilitar a observação dos extensos campos, por onde pastam vacas e ovelhas, e do mar no horizonte. Os tons azuis e amarelados refletem-se no mar, nas dunas e prados, o espectáculo é sublime, sobretudo na hora do pôr-do-sol. Venha viver devagar!
