Its huge pool is a short stroll away below the property and invites you to extended swims. Or simply relax under an old olive tree or just daydream:) Perfect for couples and families. The sea is only 35 min away.

On the ground floor: living room with tv and air conditioner, well-equipped kitchen with a small terrace, main bedroom with air conditioner and bathroom, second room with double bed and bathroom. By the vintage stairs you can reach the mezzanine with a small bathroom and two comfortable queen bed. In the big terrace you can enjoy your meals. Access at the pool (from 15 june) and parking space.

Quattro camere con letti matrimoniali, tutte con grandi vetrate, balcone e vista mare. Ampio soggiorno e sala da pranzo con vista sul giardino e la baia. Cucina spaziosa completamente attrezzata. We love our home because it's light, cosy, breezy, relaxing. All newly renovated :) Literally 10 paces from the beach, there is a road so expect some road noise! Parking available outside our gate. Private outdoor space to celebrate together with seating for 10 around marble table, grill, hammock and extra large outdoor sofa.

The real gem of the house is the large terrace overlooking the 13th century church: a real rarity in the village of Sorano!
