Appartamento situato nel centro storico e precisamente nel quartiere di San Giovanni, ricco di giardini quali l’Orto Botanico ed il Giardino della Gherardesca; posto in via della Pergola, (strada di moderato transito e di accesso all'ospedale)vicino al famoso teatro del 1600, a pochi passi dalla Chiesa della S.S. Annunziata, dalla Galleria dell’Accademia, dalla Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore e dalla Basilica di Santa Croce. A 15 minuti a piedi potrete raggiungere qualsiasi sito storico.

Consisting of a spacious bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom, a kitchen and a comfortable living room with the large terrace, equipped with green plants and a table and chairs to fully enjoy them. The house features furnishings of notable taste, with ancient and other modern elements. We are located in the Santo Spirito district, best neighborhood in the city center and close to all the attractions.

The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

Da una porzione di casa colonica abbiamo ricavato un piccolo e grazioso appartamento. Il giardino è in parte esclusivo ed in parte in comune con la mia famiglia che vive nella’ altra parte della casa . La piscina è ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. Il proprietario Gregorio , amante dello sport, offre gratis tour in bicicletta nella campagna toscana!!! Circondata da vigneti e bosco offre una situazione di estrema pace . Distante pochi minuti dal centro di Strada in Chianti

The house is in an old building (1400), in the heart of the city centre. Originally it was a convent, the "convento delle Badesse" because of the San Pier Maggiore Church based behind the facility. During the years the building was restored e changed its shape. Into the centre of Florence, the apartment it's also very close to humanities and architecture university.
