At 50m from the wonderful lakeside promenade that takes to Villa Olmo, we have setup a double room, in a building that was a 600's monastery. The room overlooks the internal courtyard with a small balcony, away from the noise of the main street. The historical city city can be reached by feet, in a few mins, via the cycle / pedestrian path facing the lake. Nearby you will find delightful clubs, bars and restaurants and good parking possibilities Como main station is just a few minutes' walk away

Monolocale fronte lago a Como, composto da stanza da letto, bagno e piccolo angolo cottura. La stanza si affaccia sul parco della storica Villa Olmo. Accesso esterno al terrazzo privato con solarium e vasca idromassaggio riscaldata inclusa nel prezzo. Il centro città dista 5 munuti in auto oppure 20 minuti a piedi sul lungolago. Fermata del bus a 10 metri dall'abitazione e a 20 metri parcheggio per auto con tariffe minime. Stazione ferroviaria, Como-San Giovanni raggiungibile in pochi minuti.

A pochi passi a piedi potrai raggiungere il Duomo, il Teatro Sociale, il Tempio Voltiano, la passeggiata a lago, la stazione Como Lago, i pullman, i battelli , la funicolare e i locali della movida. Inoltre con una breve camminata potrai arrivare a Villa Geno e Villa Olmo.

Casa Olmo is ideally located for exploring the city and the lake. It is 20-minute walk from San Giovanni train station and 50 meters from a large car park. Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.

The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
