Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Porzione di casa Colonica immersa nel verde della campagna esposta al fresco delle montagne dell'Appennino Toscano.Gli uliveti, i giardini ed i vigneti le fanno da cornice. La posizione strategica permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro della città e in 20/40 minuti le città più belle della Toscana.(Firenze, Lucca, Pisa, le spiagge amene della Versilia e le cime delle montagne pistoiesi).Inoltre Tenuta Verde distante 5 minuti dall'Autostrada consente di visitare altre mete storiche.

Grandi spazi aperti intorno, panorama collinare davanti a noi, l'appartamento è ampio e spazioso, composto da 1 camera matrimoniale con letto grande, armadio, comò, comodini, finestra a 4 ante insonorizzata, zanzariera; bagno privato con doccia, vasca, bidet, lavabo, finestra con zanzariera; grande cucina completamente attrezzata. Ingresso indipendente

La casa è situata all'interno dell'Agriturismo Fonteregia, un casolare di campagna appena ristrutturato. Circondata da uliveti e boschi è il luogo ideale per rigenerarsi a contatto con la natura. A breve distanza dall'agriturismo, raggiungibile con una passeggiata trekking, Montecatini Alto, paese medievale dall'antico fascino. A circa 10 minuti di auto le terme di Montecatini e Monsummano. La posizione è inoltre strategica per visitare le principali città toscane: Firenze, Pisa, Lucca, Siena.

La casa che risale al 1600 circa è stata perfettamente restaurata. I suoi muri in pietra molto spessi fanno in modo che la temperatura sia ottimale in inverno ed estate. Oltre al fascino della casa antica, ha il pregio di essere situata sulla collina piu' vicina al centro della città, Pistoia. Per questo si puo' ammirare la vista della città dall'alto. Il centro storico dista solo 3 Km. La mia casa è quindi un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le citta' vicine come Prato, Firenze e Lucca.

Two-store apartment of 69 square meters: above a bedroom with double bed with the possibility of an additional bed; ground floor: living room with kitchen and fireplace. Fienile in pietra finemente ristrutturato con materiali di pregio (2019). La casa è disposta su due piani, con scala in legno e travi al soffitto. Al piano primo bagno e zona notte composta da letto matrimoniale e letto singolo; al piano terra accogliente soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e TV 55'', moderna cucina con piano cottura a induzione e zona pranzo. Da qui si accede all'esterno, composto da giardino, zona relax e zona pranzo, dove è possibile usufruire del barbecue.

Unser Steinhaus befindet sich mitten in einer Olivenhain mit 500 Olivenbäumen, auf den Hügeln von Quarrata wenige Km von Pistoia entfernt. Es ist zweifellos ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt, um die nördliche Seite der Toskana zu entdecken, aber auch ein idealer Ort, wo man sich mit einem guten Buch am Rand des privaten Pools die Urlaubstage genießen kann.
