Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Dimentica ogni preoccupazione in questa ampia oasi di serenità. Siamo 4,5 km da Pistoia-centro, in campagna, area verde, silenziosa, rilassante. Grandi spazi aperti intorno, panorama collinare davanti a noi, l'appartamento è ampio e spazioso, composto da 1 camera matrimoniale con letto grande, armadio, comò, comodini, finestra a 4 ante insonorizzata, zanzariera; bagno privato con doccia, vasca, bidet, lavabo, finestra con zanzariera; grande cucina completamente attrezzata. Ingresso indipendente

Casa per 2/3 persone in agriturismo Fonteregia

La casa è situata all'interno dell'Agriturismo Fonteregia, un casolare di campagna appena ristrutturato. Circondata da uliveti e boschi è il luogo ideale per rigenerarsi a contatto con la natura. A breve distanza dall'agriturismo, raggiungibile con una passeggiata trekking, Montecatini Alto, paese medievale dall'antico fascino. A circa 10 minuti di auto le terme di Montecatini e Monsummano. La posizione è inoltre strategica per visitare le principali città toscane: Firenze, Pisa, Lucca, Siena.

Antica casa colonica con giardino

La casa che risale al 1600 circa è stata perfettamente restaurata. I suoi muri in pietra molto spessi fanno in modo che la temperatura sia ottimale in inverno ed estate. Oltre al fascino della casa antica, ha il pregio di essere situata sulla collina piu' vicina al centro della città, Pistoia. Per questo si puo' ammirare la vista della città dall'alto. Il centro storico dista solo 3 Km. La mia casa è quindi un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le citta' vicine come Prato, Firenze e Lucca.

Tenuta Albereta is a charming villa nestled in the green Tuscan hills, at the foot of the picturesque village of Montecarlo, famous for its fine wines. Nearby, you’ll find horse riding stables, tennis and golf courts, as well as cycling excursions and cooking classes.

Fienile in pietra finemente ristrutturato con materiali di pregio (2019). La casa è disposta su due piani, con scala in legno e travi al soffitto. Al piano primo bagno e zona notte composta da letto matrimoniale e letto singolo; al piano terra accogliente soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e TV 55'', moderna cucina con piano cottura a induzione e zona pranzo. Da qui si accede all'esterno, composto da giardino, zona relax e zona pranzo, dove è possibile usufruire del barbecue.

In the heart of the Chianti region, amid olive-planted hills, discover this authentic, fully renovated Tuscan farmhouse set on a 3,000 m² (32,000 sq ft) plot. It sleeps up to 8 guests. In summer, with rising global temperatures, it can get extremely hot. As the house is a historic building, installing air conditioning is very difficult. However, every bedroom is equipped with highly effective, silent ceiling fans, and the shaded, breezy terrace offers the perfect spot to unwind.

Amazing view on the Val di Nievole

This charming country house (fully covered by blossoming wisterias in April) is part of an isolated olive farm surrounded by woods on the ridge of a hill. You'll enjoy a large private panoramic terrace and a 15m infinity pool with a spectacular view on the Val di Nievole. Ideal place for walking, biking and bird watching. Easy visit of the surroundings (13min. from the highway A11).

Il mio appartamento fa parte del complesso agrituristico Podere delle Fanciulle, immerso nella campagna pistoiese ma, allo stesso tempo, vicinissimo al centro storico. Ti piaceranno soprattutto gli spazi esterni, la particolarità degli interni, la pulizia e la posizione strategica per visitare la Toscana. La struttura è adatta a coppie e famiglie, anche con bambini.
