This newly renovated (2024) two-story home features 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Enjoy outdoor dining and lounging on the patio in the large garden. Inside, there's air conditioning, Wi-Fi (>200Mbps) , TV, and a study. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, and laundry is easy with a washing machine and tumble dryer. All linens and beach towels are provided!

L' appartamento è circondato da molti ristoranti tipici , immergendovi a pieno nella cultura culinaria Sarda. La casa è molto tranquilla e moderna , nonostante si trovi in un centro storico. Intorno alla casa ci sono diversi parcheggi gratuiti dove poter lasciare la propria auto.
