The room is located on the top floor, in a corner, with a spectacular view of the Cancun sunsets, towards the Nichupte lagoon and to your left you can appreciate the turquoise blue of the Cancun sea. I recommend it for 2 or 3 people, since the place is small. Max 4, but they're going to feel cramped.

Studio apartment, located in kilometer 9.5 of Cancun's Hotel Zone, next to the hard rock cafe, 24/7 convenience stores near by, 24/7 bus services right in front, walking distance from the party zone, and the amazing beach as a patio which you have direct access to. Balcony views The Nichupte Lagoon directly and you can see part of the beach from it too. it's a Condominium, the apartment doesn't include daily cleaning.
