Cozy apartment located really close to the beach (20 metres far away). Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

Completely renovated in June 2021 and expanded at the beginning of 2023, it is perfect for exclusive holidays in front of the Maddalena archipelago. It features two floors joined by an external staircase, with a large porticoed area for windy days. Inside, a large living room, with windows that open onto the garden and the pool, well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 places) including 3 master bedrooms with king-size bed and private bathroom, 4 bathrooms, barbecue, parking spaces covered.

Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

La soluzione ideale per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza in relax e godere di una vista mare mozzafiato, ma allo stesso tempo visitare, con qualche minuto di auto, Porto Cervo e le più belle spiagge della Costa Smeralda

Appartamento affacciato sulla spiaggia, appena ristrutturato. Ideale per famiglie. Bellissimo terrazzo sul mare dove fare colazione e cena guardando il faro di Porto Faro e le barche che veleggiano verso La Maddalena. Esci di casa e sei subito in spiaggia. Per i mesi di LUG ed AGO si richiede prenotazione di almeno 2 settimane consecutive. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti extra, solo su richiesta (30euro/pers/week). N.B. L’appartamento, che gode di tutti i comfort, dista 10" a piedi dal centro e dal supermercato. La spiaggia Punta Nera è sotto casa mentre Punta Tegge dista 15" a piedi.

Built on two levels, with private access to Porto Rafael’s ‘piazzetta’ and beach, this unique property boasts an upper terrace with a fully equipped kitchen, barbeque and outdoor dining. The lower terrace gives access to the house via a set of French doors, both terraces offering spectacular sea views.
