Nestled amongst the foothills of the Adirondack mountains​, you can cozy up by the fire inside (or outside), check out the local ski/tubing mountain, downtown & outlet shopping, indoor/outdoor ice skating and plenty of winter carnivals & activities. You can choose to be as busy or as low-key as you would like​ with comfort at the forefront. Enjoy space, privacy, nature in an off-grid tiny cabin. Relax at a private (heated) cabin that sits on a seasonal stream. There is no plumbing or electricity. The outhouse is shown in photos. This isn't safe for toddlers (stream with a steep rocky bank and a narrow bridge without a railing). It's perfect for nature lovers. Enjoy hiking from the cabin or drive to close-by trails. Lake George (actual lake) is 1/4 mile away. The village with public beaches (and bathhouse) is a 10 min drive.

We are centrally located off of I-87 and are within walking distance to many stores, shopping malls, diners and restaurants. We are about a 10 minute drive to Lake George. There is ample parking for 2 -3 vehicles as well as Wifi and smart TVs. The private backyard is my favorite space!

Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.
