There is a queen bed in the loft and a pull out queen sofa in the living area. Bright with high ceilings and all new furnishings. We are less than three miles from town, 20 minutes to Bromley and 25 minutes to Stratton. Close to hiking, biking, fishing, great restaurants and shopping. Please note;Owners lives on premise in main house.

Nestled on 475 acres of farmland 20 minutes north of Saratoga Springs in a peaceful atmosphere with wild turkeys, deer and red tail hawks. This farmhouse hosted 12 kids growing up and working the dairy farm on the property. The farm is now a heifer raising farm for a local farmer and has 200 heifers on site. Tractors and trucks do still run on a daily basis. Smells and sounds familiar with a farm are present. The house is a ranch with a finished basement perfect for hosting large groups.

This is one of the nicest units I rent. The space is in an historic renovated building in downtown Fair Haven, VT. The space was originally used to manufacture shirts. I have divided the 1600 square feet into a two bedroom loft. It has very high ceiling and windows. It is very spacious and has been completed updated. The loft has it's own kitchen (not shared) and it's own lock and key. Since it is on the third floor of the building, it is very quiet and secure.
