The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.

This villa has a large living/dining area, with a dining table and chairs, armchair, double sofa bed, stereo, well-stocked bookshelves. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas cooker, and oven and there is a WC/utility downstairs. Fantastic sea view from the garden and from the terrace. Infinity pool with saltwater and hydromassage area.

La casa è a 2 km dal centro abitato dove sono presenti tutti i servizi essenziali, a 12 km si trova il centro commerciale "Due Mari". L'aereoporto di Lamezia Terme e la stazione centrale distano soli 20 km. Il luogo è adatto ad ospitare famiglie o comitive per soggiorni di relax immersi nel verde.
