Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Greiterhof - Über den Wolken

Wohnen in einem alten, idyllischen Berg- Bauernhof, in absoluter Alleinlage. Mit Ausblick auf die Texelgruppe, 700m über dem Talkessel der Stadt Meran, taucht man ein in ein kleines Paradies, abgeschieden und fern vom Alltag. Nur die Glocken der Schafe, das Krähen des Hahnes und die sanften Klänge des Windspiels ergänzen den Gesang der Natur. Der Hof wird landwirtschaftlich und gastronomisch geführt. Es gibt zudem einen Hofladen, mit verschiedensten Verkostungs- Möglichkeiten (Essenspakete).

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Overlooking the mountain, the 52 m2 holiday apartment "Dolomiten Winklerhof" impresses guests with its fantastic views. It is located 10-minutes from the village of Villanders (Villandro) in the Eisack Valley in South Tyrol. The holiday apartment consists of a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the holiday apartment Oi is located in Barbiano/Barbian. The 62 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, heating, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a smart TV with streaming services.

Ebenerdig befindet sich eine gut ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, im 2. Stock befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett aus Zirbenholz und ein geräumiges Bad mit Regendusche, WC und Bidet. Sie hat eine eigene Terrasse mit Wiese.
