"Pergola" ist die größere von zwei Wohnungen in der Villa Oleandro. Sie haben Ihre eigene Privatsphäre mit Garten und Ihren eigenen Pool (saisonal geöffnet) und Allem was dazu gehört. Die Villa Oleandro mit dem Apartment "Pergola" liegt in einem Olivenhain ca. 3 Kilometer von den Stränden und der Stadt entfernt. Das besondere ist der private Pool (ca.10x6 m), der sich harmonisch in den Garten einfügt und nur von Ihnen benutzt wird. Das 5000 qm große Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt.

Il grazioso appartamento Vico Lungo 9 è situato nel centro storico, dove è possibile perdersi piacevolmente nei vicoletti di Peschici. E’ separato dal mare da poche decine di scalini ed è a due passi da tutti i servizi (ristoranti, bar, supermercato, farmacia, etc.). L’appartamento è composto di due piani: Primo piano: living, bagno e camera da letto.Secondo piano: cucina e terrazzo. Nota: appartamento non ideale per persone con mobilità ridotta. Non accessibile con auto.

L'appartamento è stato costruito nel XVIII secolo, si trova nella Città Vecchia. È in una strada tranquilla e silenziosa. A pochi passi dal mare, dalla via pedonale, dalla magica, famosa spiaggia La Ripa (gratuita). Nuotando si può vedere il Centro Storico. Bellissimo panorama in fondo alla strada. Gli ambienti sono climatizzati. L'appartamento è dotato di lenzuola, e di asciugamani. Romantici ristoranti e bar panoramici nelle vicinanze.

Al piano più alto di un antico monastero del 1500, parte della storia di Vieste e immerso nel cuore del centro storico, Cuore Antico è una dimora intima e raccolta. Le pietre a vista e gli archi originali avvolgono l’ambiente in un’atmosfera calda e autentica, mentre dalle finestre si ammirano scorci sul borgo antico.
