Nei dintorni dell’alloggio c'è una pizzeria, una tabaccheria, un piccolo ristorante ed altri negozi. Si puó parcheggiare gratuitamente ovunque ed è possibile lasciare l'auto fino a 30 metri dall'abitazione (la casa si trova in un suggestivo e caratteristico vicolo del centro storico privo di caos. Gli ospiti possono stare nella veranda adiacente, oppure spostarsi nel prato all'ombra del corbezzolo e godere del favoloso panorama. la Casina é su due piani: al piano terra c'è cucina e bagno, al piano superiore camera da letto e bagno di servizio.
