New, cozy and comfortable private villa. The villa finished in October 2023. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. From the windows you can see a beautiful Lapland forest landscape and if you are lucky, you can admire the northern lights directly from the window. Nice routes for outdoor activities and you can go snowshoeing in the forest directly from the backyard. The villa offers snowshoes for 2 people. After outdoor activities, you can relax in the Finnish sauna! Warm welcome!

Atmospheric holiday home with jacuzzi and sauna

A cozy house in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest. No city noise or city light pollution, yet less than 10 minutes by car to the city center, 15 minutes to the airport and to Santa Claus Village. A large private yard. The living room features a fireplace that adds warmth and atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The house includes an electric sauna,and there’s a wood-heated sauna in the yard. If you’re lucky, you might see the Northern Lights while relaxing in the jacuzzi.

Arctic Aurora HideAway

A unique nordic beach house only 12 min drive from the Santa Claus Village. Here at vacation home you may see Northern lights from August to end of April.. Accommodation with a private suite for 6 adults, with small children even for 8. Modern black house stands on a hill only 25 m from the lake shore, over looking to the Northern open horizon to summer midnight sun. Experiences for example Sauna, ice swim, ice fishing, snowmobiling or Santa on site (plus huskies, reindeer) at additional cost.

Direkt am Polarkreis gelegen mit Zugang zum Wasser (Kemijoki) wohnst Du im Nebengebäude des Haupthauses in einer 1 Zimmer Wohnung (23 m²) mit eigenem Bad. Die Wohnung ist 12 Fahrminuten vom Flughafen und 7 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Im Sommer kannst Du Dich mit einem Sprung im Fluss Kemijoki erfrischen. Ein Golfplatz ist in der Nähe. Im Winter sind Langlaufloipe und Abfahrpiste nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Die Aussensauna direkt am Fluss kann gegen eine Gebuehr genutzt werden.

Child-friendly & well-equipped house with jacuzzi

Well-equipped and child-friendly house including total of 130m2. The warm atmosphere of the house is completed by a traditional Finnish sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi. The house is located in a quiet suburb, near the ski slopes and nature trails. A grocery store and a bus stop are approx. 5 min walk away. There is a short distance to the city center (about 7 minutes by car). Driving time to the Santapark, Santa Claus village and the airport approx. 15 minutes.

Scandinavian lakeside cottage

Enjoy Lapland's nature and lovely sauna in privacy. Accommodation and experiences in same place. Modern cottage (2023, 48m²). Two frame mattress beds and two extra beds from bedsofa, also good for adults. All the beds in same space. See the wonderful landscape and northern lights from frozen lake or through large windows. Villa Vasa is located right next to Reindeer Farm Porohaka , so you can easily visit farm and book activities (Dec-Mar).
