Huoneistossa on tällä hetkellä kertakäyttömaskeja vieraille. Cozy apartment with one bedroom, living room, bathroom and sauna. About 1,5 kilometers from the city center. It's nice walk to the city. 1 km to the Ounasvaara ski resort and outdoor aktivities. Public transpotition is not very good (in this area), I can help you with the timetable. From the city center buses are running f.ex to Santa Claus Village. Best way to get around easily, is rent a car. I have a parking place for you.

Tämän perinteisen mökin suuresta pihapiiristä pääsee suoraan luonnon keskelle. Kohde sopii sinulle joka arvostat luonnon rauhaa ja kauneutta. Oli kevät, kesä, syksy tai talvi, koe Lapin taikaa ilman kaupungin kiirettä. Kesällä täydellinen valinta kokea yötön yö ja keskiyön aurinko. Talvella näet revontulet hyvällä onnella omalta pihalta.

You can enjoy the nature and scenery to the river during your stay. While you are enjoying the sauna or outdoor jacuzzi, you might have chance to see the northern lights. This mini house can accommodate 4 people comfortably but we have beds even for 6. It has full kitchen and living room with windows facing river, sauna, shower, toilet and two bedrooms with big windows facing the forest. Outside it has two spacious terrace's, one with jacuzzi. The building has just been completed.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Autopaikka on saatavilla. Se maksaa 5€/majoitus. Kaupunkilomalle tai työmatkalle sopiva majoitus.

Rovaniemen ydinkeskustassa sijaitseva turvallinen, moderni kahden huoneen huoneisto. Samasta rakennuksesta löytyy myös ruokakauppa. Rautatieasemalle matkaa on 1 kilometri. Linja-autoasemalle on matkaa 800 metriä ja lentoasemalle 9,5 kilometriä. Linja-auto #8 napapiirin joulupukin kylään kulkee 500 metrin päästä. Kaikki keskustan palvelut ovat asunnon välittömässä läheisyydessä. Kerrostalo on moderni ja hiljainen . Huoneistosta löytyy myös yksityinen sauna.
