Riverside Dream Apartment

Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

Room with kitchenette, bathroom, sauna and large balcony. The apartment is suitable for two. 120cm bed and 140cm sofa bed. Also baby bed, if needed. Free Wi-Fi. The house has an elevator. Free parking spot with electrical outlet for car heating. Bus stops are in front of the house (Bus 8 to Santa C Village Mon-Fri, lines to city center). 300m University 250m grocery store 2,6km to the center 3,4km to the train station 2,7km to the bus station 11km to the airport and Santa Claus Village

Kotimme on uusi omakotitalo Kemijoen rannalla, 12 km Rovaniemeltä Kemin suuntaan. Talo on luonnonkauniilla, rauhallisella alueella. Kodissamme on kaikki nykyaikaiset tilat ja laitteet, automaattinen lämmitys ja ilmastointi. Sauna, kylpyhuone ja WC, ilmainen WIFI, pyykinpesu/kuivauskone, astianpesukone, induktioliesi/uuni, takka jne. Avoin terassi Kemijoen suuntaan. Kotimme on suurenmoinen erityisesti lapsiperheille. Tilava ja rauhallinen piha antaa lapsille mahdollisuuden ulkoiluun.

Our wooden house is a hidden gem in idyllic residential neighbourhood, only 700 meters from downtown! It is a charming high-quality cabin up to 4 persons (kitchen, large bathroom with sauna, fireplace). City sights and shopping are within a walking distance! Unique arctic park (with museum Arktikum) along the river is only 200 meters away. Our family lives on the other side of the garden so you can enjoy genuine Finnish lifestyle here. Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. This traditional Finnish cottage is located by the Lake Norvajärvi 15 km from the center of Rovaniemi and 10 km from the airport. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence. If the weather is good for the Northern lights and you want to see them this is the place.

Garden Cottage 29 - Wood Heated Sauna & Parking

Our Garden Cottage is a cute cottage of 36 m2 + an attic for extra sleeping space. There is a wood heated sauna, a traditional stove and a small kitchen with basic utensils. We have a spacious garden and a private car parking. The Garden Cottage is located 2 km from the city centre of Rovaniemi, and 10 km from Rovaniemi airport and the Santa Claus Village.
