Die Küche und der Wohn- und Schlafbereich befinden sich im gleichen Raum. Es gibt ein King-Size-Bett für zwei Personen,desweiteren lässt sich ein Schlafsofa für zwei weitere Personen herrichten (befinden sich im gleichen Raum!)

Die exklusive Altbauwohnung ist 80 m2 groß, sie ist sehr sonnig und hell. Sie befindet sich im Stadtzentrum in absoluter Ruhelage. Aus den Schlafzimmern blickt man über einen Fluss, durch Bäume hindurch auf die imposanten Berge der Nordkette. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind nach Süden ausgerichtet und sehr sonnig. Das Apartment hat ein 160cm Doppelbett und ein 140cm Bett auf einer Hochebene (nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet).
